We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
This is clearly communicated to customers before completing the purchase to avoid misunderstanding or disputes.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
